#111MM: OEM Factory M20J/MSE Style 1 PIECE (OEM) SMOOTH F/GLASS
BELLY PAN:
Do not confuse this mod with any other PMA (Non OEM/Factory) "look a
like"!
Other PMA type parts have been reported to be noticeably less stout and not fitting as
well as the more expensive OEM composite panel which we use. Don't be misled, we only
use Genuine Mooney Factory Parts to duplicate the factory current production
exactly and replace the six aggravating metal belly panels (& 175 screws) & attach
the 6' OEM Smooth F/Glass Belly with quick release Dzuts fasteners allowing entire belly
removal in approx 60 sec. at annuals etc. It cuts annual costs while allowing greater
visibility of the lower 4130 fuselage structural tubes, provides an access to lube landing
gear belcranks and push-pull tubes, provides an improved appearance, helps reduce cabin
"din" and lower overall sound db, AND approx. 3-4 MPH more speed!
Quality OEM Mods Aren't An Expense,
They Are An InvestmentYou may also note, like the vast majority of our OEM Factory Style Mods, this mod is listed in The AIRCRAFT BLUEBOOK PRICE DIGEST as adding significantly to re$ale value. This F/Glass Belly Mod has proven to be one of the most popular mods available in most buyers eyes. |
This nifty mod also allows us to "hide" numerous drag producing
antennas inside @ approx a 1-2MPH gain per antenna! Owners report quieter cabin &
greater ROC as well as the speed increases. Interestingly, we also find these new F/G
bellies much easier to repair in the event of a gear up and much easier to keep clean as
you can easily remove it and take it to your nearest car wash for clean-up! Your mechanic
will also love it and it allows a much better view of the assorted retraction, structural,
and trim system tubes, fittings, & retract mech. etc. at annual.
