| Flow Balanced & "Blueprinted" Engines |

In cooperation with top rated custom engine rebuilders; (i.e.; High Performance Aircraft
Engines Inc. and other specialty (better than new) or "blueprint" custom engine
rebuilders), The Mooney Mart offers what many industry experts agree is an engine
"better than factory new!" We start with your stock OEM Lycoming engine and
apply what is basically; "Well proven (1980's era) high performance automotive
technology", to port & flow balance the cylinders. Normally most stock aircraft
cylinders flow air (read; make horsepower) only at approx. 72-78% efficiency, and normally
are only within approx. 8-13% of each other as installed on the average engine. This
largely accounts for the roughness that we aircraft owners have normally grown to accept
with our aircraft which, by the way, we would find intolerable in our fine automobiles!
The vast majority of our "ported & polished" flow balanced cylinders, flow
over 86% efficient, and we strive to get them to within 2% of each other as installed on
your engine! We therefore have an engine which makes the same (improved amount) of
horsepower in each cyl. with each combustion stroke! The results are dramatic....Smooth,
improved power!!
We then statically &dynamically balance and "blueprint" the reciprocating
mass; such as pistons, rods, crankshaft, etc. to far grater than factory production line
standards. Our high performance engines are normally considered "BETTER THAN
NEW" by all of our clients and the aviation press as well.....They contain all new or
reman accessories FWF and are assembled to stricter than new "production line"
standards! Our engines normally deliver about 10% to 12% MORE HORSEPOWER than new stock
production, while being measurably smoother as a result!! Our clients report better
take-off performance, an impressive rate of climb, and noticeably more power and speed.
(especially at high altitudes). I can't say enough about this "Hi-Po engine",
ask for a client list of past Mooney owners, judge for your self. Note; Industry standard
O/H practices exist such as; basic O/Haul price does not include, prop gov., or vac pump,
re-barreling or (Cermi)Chrome Cyls, and owner guarantees all steel parts (rods, gears,
crank etc.) to meet new factory specs and be re-conditional. (Individual prices vary,
