left side in the Teal background which only extends part of the way downward on
most pages.
Within the Site Menu Sections primarily use the "HOT" page heading
or Folder Tabs at the top of each page to navigate inside a given menu sections.
Occasionally, you will also
find the common "HOT" Blue or Navy "CLICK HERE" or
"Hot Links" in sprinkled around in various pages and especially on the very
bottom of many of the individual pages you are viewing.
