Unfortunately however, one unpleasant aspect of initially acquiring a high performance aircraft today is the fact that (in reality), many such airframes are now approaching well over 10, 20, or even 30+ years old and many can have seemingly hidden, "put off", or deferred maintenance problems or worse.
