This kit as installed at our facility is very comprehensive and the single most effective speed mod kit we offer which brings near 201 performance to most every Pre-201 Mooney!

Unlike most other (so called) speed kits, our Flight Speed Kit is comprehensive and includes most of the OEM gap and farings which the factory utilized to squeeze the 20+/- MPH gain out of the M20F airframe making it a 201! Our complete kit usually comprises some 36+/- pieces and includes: Teflon aileron gap seals, flap hinge covers & gap seals, inboard flap seals, horiz. stab. faring, rudder & elevator hinge covers, wing root faring, ldg. light faring, (a general clean-up), and checking of rigging and/or Speed Rigging. Again, most older vintage models require an average of 36 pieces which include most of the OEM (factory) gap and farings which Mooney used to improve cruise performance for the M20J/201 and even the M20K/231 when compared to the original M20F airframe.

This full Flight Speed Kit generally increase cruise an average of 7-12 MPH! and ROC (Rate Of Climb approx. 100+FPM! We consider it the cornerstone Mod for all Pre-201 M20's & all owners say it is A MUST.

This comprehensive 36 piece kit is our Best Value and should be installed on virtually every older Mooney as it can usually pay for itself in increased performance and/or less fuel burn (greater MPH)!
