#108MM: Double Thick 3/8" Windshield Mod:
This mod requires removing your OEM stock 3/16" thick Plexiglas and replaces it with a double strength 3/8th thick or 1/4" thick unit. This adds to the overall sound deadening of the cabin as well as provides a greater margin of protection against bird strikes etc. It also requires replacing the retainer bow assy. We think it is the ultimate in the making of a whisper quiet Mooney!
