#118mm: Mooney OEM Factory Snap In/Out Split Fold Down or #118AMM: Quick Release PMA Cargo Rear Seats

If you play golf, scuba, or travel with lots of cargo/baggage, these are the mods for you!

This OEM Mod is complex but virtually duplicates current production aircraft and allows for nearly a flat baggage floor while you can choose one, both, or no rear seats up-right.

#118MM: MOONEY OEM FACTORY Retrofit Snap In/Out SPLIT FOLD DOWN REAR SEATS:
This mod will fit any M20 and allows the retro-fitting of new Snap In/Out design, current production Mooney Factory individual fold down rear cargo style seats or our own PMA Design Quick Release Fold Down Rear Seat. The OEM mod while being quite time consuming, and requiring some welding and substantial sheet metal reworking in the rear seat area, greatly increases the utility of the aircraft. The end result is identical to brand new factory installation. When the rear seats are stowed, the baggage floor is flat from the front seat area to the rear bulkhead area. Individual removable rear seat backs and cushions allow one or both seats to be utilized.

#118AMM: Quick Release One Piece Fold Down Cargo Rear Seat Mod:
This more economical mod uses many components of your existing rear seat structure but calls for it to be slightly modified so as to allow it to fold down nearly flat thus nearly doubling the baggage area @ less than ½ the cost of the OEM retrofit Mod #118.

Note: These mods do not include upholstering, but re-upholstering is mandatory for the OEM Split Seat and recommended for the Cargo Seat Mod.
