While few can deny Mooney Mart/Mod Squad's founder Coy Jacob's wealth of knowledge of both the Mooney product line and Mooney market in general, this comprehensive Mooney enthusiast's web site was designed and basically put into play several years ago prior to (for an example) the practice of linking prices to an easily or globally manageable database. Thus, some prices you may find here are likely to be out of date as are the photos of our current facilities and staff etc. The industry as a whole and Mooney Mart in specific has undergone several changes since this site was originally conceived.
While effort has been made to keep this presentation up to date, at nearly 1,500 pages, it is huge and not quickly up-dated or easily managed due to its size and scope if for no other reason. So, during the course of your using it you may find select pages with out-of-date mod/parts prices, organizational/asset photos, and (to a limited extent) listing of current staff including their bios etc. Most all Mooney enthusiasts who visit us here however, it find it immensely useful and in fact, still find reason to complement us on it on a regular basis.
However with that out on the table, you are hereby put on notice that some items, or organizational features listed may be "stale" or out of date. In our opinion and for the most part, most users and current clients would conclude it still contains (in essence) a viable index of what is available within the Mooney mod cottage industry in general, as well as a wealth of information about the basic Mooney product line. We hope you enjoy it and forgive us for any inconvenience of "stale" items or prices.
Always call us for current pricing prior to implementation of any mod program. As of January '05, we are making concentrated efforts to up-date the general, mod, and maintenance areas of the site, but while you may find some photos no longer represent current staff and/or facilities currently under lease, for the most part, we feel current clients would conclude this site is still representative of what Jacob Aviation Inc. dba Mooney Mart/Mod Squad has to offer you as a Mooney enthusiast.
